1. Personal Orientation & Coaching
We'll reach out shortly to schedule your initial 30-minute orientation call, explaining everything in detail.
During this orientation, we'll also schedule your first 1-hour session with your career coach
3. Clarify Your Career Goals
Download and complete the Career Goals Worksheet to set a clear direction for your journey.
4. Start the Blueprint Course
Begin with Sections 1 & 2: Mindset and Clarity in the Executive Career Advancement Blueprint.
5. Resume & Personal Branding
Fill out the Resume Questionnaire and email it with your current resume and clarity worksheet to [email protected].
Our team will deliver your resume draft within 5 business days for feedback and finalization.
Upon resume approval, we'll optimize your LinkedIn profile and create your Personalized Slide Deck & 1-page BIO PDF.
6. Weekly Group Calls
Every Friday, you’ll receive an email detailing the following week’s scheduled group calls, including the times and links to join.
7. Recruiter Outreach
After your branding materials are finalized, you've completed the courses, and attended at least 4 weeks of group calls, we'll submit your resume to our recruiter outreach specialists to amplify your job search.
8. Ongoing Support
Notify us immediately via [email protected] when you receive a job offer. We'll provide same-day assistance to help you successfully navigate the negotiation process.
